Project Overview
Moreton Hearing is a new independent audiology clinic based in Burpengary and Albany Creek. The business needed a professional website to support its launch, attract bookings, and promote a wide range of hearing services for adults and children.
As a healthcare provider, trust and clarity were key. The website had to speak to different age groups, support form submissions, and position the brand as a reliable, local choice. The client also wanted to stand out from bulk hearing chains and offer a more personal, expert-led service.
We delivered a full website build, including visual branding, copywriting, UX planning, and SEO-ready structure. The final product supports online bookings, explains the available services clearly, and gives Moreton Hearing a strong digital presence in the Moreton Bay region.
Clear Messaging and Visual Structure
The site was built around two key service groups โ adult and childrenโs hearing care. These groups are clearly segmented using bold colour blocks and page layouts. This helps users quickly find what applies to them.
Content was written to explain the benefits of each service and the importance of early diagnosis. From routine hearing tests to tinnitus management and hearing aid fittings, every section includes simple explanations and reassurance.
We also created clear content around occupational assessments. This includes DVA checks, pre-employment tests, CASA assessments and more. It helps position Moreton Hearing as a go-to provider for both everyday and regulated hearing needs.
UX and Booking Experience
Booking a hearing test had to be easy. We designed custom forms with simple fields for age, location and service type. These work on all devices and are easy for older users to complete.
Navigation was kept simple with just a few top-level options. This avoids clutter and keeps the user focused. Clear CTAs like โBook a Hearing Testโ appear across the site to drive enquiries.
All pages load quickly and are easy to read on mobile. We also added trust signals like professional credentials, FAQs, and clear service breakdowns to build confidence in the clinic.
