There’s not one single answer to this question. A website design is quoted based on the needs of each individual project. Every website is unique and requires different components; we design and develop websites specifically for your business. We’ll ask a lot of questions, really listen to your answers and assess your needs, and then give you a quote based on that assessment.
On average, we aim for a four to six week turnaround. Some sites take less time, while other more complex sites can take a little longer. It also depends on client readiness and the availability of their website content, as this also affects the speed of completion.

Yes. Our contract prices are fixed against the design and score of work specification we both sign off before work begins. We will accept minor changes after the website design and scope has been agreed, but major changes and additional functionality may incur additional fees.
Not at all! We work with clients all over Australia, and internationally. Using Zoom video calls and Teamviewer for training sessions, we can hold meetings with you just as easily as being there in person.

Yes! We provide full training on all of our WordPress websites. We find that most people are able to add pages, photos and make updates to their web site quite easily after a little training.
We are more than happy to maintain your website for you, once you are live. Our after sales service is a priority for us. We are happy to undertake adhoc changes or if you need more support, we have several maintenance packages available.
As you are the expert on your business, your website content is usually best if it comes from you. We will give you the structure and content guidelines, and offer assistance where necessary, If you need help, we have copywriters who can help clean up or write original content for you at an additional cost.

Yes. We always install security software on our websites to counteract hacking and malware. If we host your website, your website will be secured behind an active firewall with malware protection. We also back up your website daily.
No, not at all. If you are happy with your current host, we can easily use your existing facility for your new web site. However, there are a few hosting companies we would recommend against using.
Yes! Our primary hosting servers are based in Brisbane. We realise that the needs of each customer is unique to their business, and that a one size fits all hosting solution doesn’t always work.
So rather than providing a menu of hosting options with a fixed fees, we would rather chat with you and tailor a hosting service product that suits your needs and budget.
